• Wood-grilled top Sirloin steak “filet style” with mushroom merlot demi-glaze
• Roasted herb half chicken with natural jus and “cajun spiced” sweet potatoes
• Roasted Atlantic salmon fillet with roasted tomatoes, shallots and fresh herbs.
• All served with the fresh vegetable of the evening and roasted baby red potatoes
